Important Notice - Claiming Your Prizes
ALL PRIZES MUST BE CLAIMED WITHIN 90 DAYS AFTER DRAW DATE.
For any prizes under $1,000 we ask that you fill-out and sign the back of your tickets and store for safe keeping until further notice.
Processing of winnings in excess of $1,000 during COVID-19 curfew period:
STEP 1: Complete the information requested at the back of your winning ticket (your name, address, working telephone number and signature).
STEP 2: Take CLEAR photos of the front and back of the filled-in and signed ticket, along with a photo of your valid identification (National ID, Driver's License or Passport)
STEP 3: Attach and send the photos of these documents, (including your bank account and transit number information if choosing direct deposit) in 1 (one) Email to ALL of the email addresses below:
STEP 4: A Barbados Lottery Representative will contact you within 2 working days to indicate further details.
